Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior UX/UI designers in all stages of the product design lifecycle.
- Conduct preliminary user research, competitive analysis, and gather insights under guidance.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop interactive prototypes for user testing and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation.
- Participate in design critiques, present ideas, and iterate based on feedback.
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our design system and brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- A compelling portfolio showcasing personal, academic, or conceptual UX/UI projects.
- Strong passion for UX/UI design and a user-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of fundamental design principles (layout, typography, color theory).
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive and eager to learn and grow within the design field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience/bootcamp completion).
- Basic understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS).
