Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the efficient loading and unloading of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.
- Operate basic production machinery and equipment under supervision, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to production targets.
- Perform routine quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they consistently meet stringent company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of your designated work area, adhering strictly to all food hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Execute packaging and labelling tasks accurately and efficiently, preparing products for distribution.
- Safely move materials and finished goods within the factory using manual or, where necessary, powered equipment (full training will be provided).
- Strictly follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, contributing to a safe working environment.
- Support other team members and departments as required to ensure overall smooth and continuous operations.
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, or safety concerns to your supervisor.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Forklift license or experience operating similar powered industrial trucks.
- NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Manufacturing Operations or a related vocational field.
