Key Responsibilities
- Operate various machinery and tools on the production line following safety guidelines and established procedures.
- Perform assembly tasks, including fastening, fitting, and inspecting components of machinery.
- Monitor product quality and identify any defects or inconsistencies, reporting them to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, and moving finished products as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
