Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pack household goods and commercial items using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Carefully load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items onto and off moving trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and protection.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as required.
- Operate moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, and furniture pads safely.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including trucks and warehouse areas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including inventory management and organizing storage areas, as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong physical stamina and endurance.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in moving, general labour, or a physically demanding role.
- Valid G Class Driver's License with a clean driving record (an asset, but not mandatory for all positions).
- Familiarity with proper packing and moving techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
