Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured two-to-three-year Graduate Programme, rotating through various engineering functions and projects.
- Contribute to the design, optimization, and execution of engineering projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Conduct data analysis, technical assessments, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across different departments to achieve project goals and deliver innovative solutions.
- Learn and adhere to Shell’s strict safety, environmental, and operational standards and procedures.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development, attending workshops, training sessions, and technical courses.
- Prepare and present technical reports, analyses, and project updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Actively seek feedback and mentorship to accelerate personal and professional growth.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and best practices within engineering operations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Process, Petroleum) from an accredited university.
- Strong academic record demonstrating analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in French (oral and written) is an asset, given the location.
