Job Description

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking an exceptional Concierge to join our esteemed team in Vaughan, Ontario. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, shopping, and cultural events.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance and information to enhance their experience.
  • Make and confirm reservations for dining, theatre, transportation, tours, and other services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local vendors, service providers, and cultural institutions.
  • Handle all guest inquiries and requests efficiently, courteously, and with the highest level of discretion.
  • Assist with special events planning and coordination for guests.
  • Maintain an updated database of local information and resources.
  • Process guest mail, messages, and packages.
  • Ensure all guest interactions align with Four Seasons' impeccable service standards and brand image.
  • Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Extensive knowledge of Vaughan, Toronto, and surrounding areas (restaurants, attractions, services).
  • Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive, personalized service.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a significant asset.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Proficiency with hotel operating systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Membership in Les Clefs d'Or Canada.
  • Fluency in French or other in-demand languages.
  • Experience with international clientele.
