Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable iOS and Android applications using native and/or cross-platform frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve application performance.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Implement unit and integration tests to ensure robust and error-free code.
- Stay up-to-date with new mobile technologies and best practices, evaluating and implementing them as appropriate.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Proficiency in Swift/Objective-C for iOS development or Kotlin/Java for Android development.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud messaging.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with mobile testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and mobile analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality apps to the App Store and Google Play.
