Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential candidates and talent pools for various roles across different industries.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract passive and active job seekers.
- Perform initial screening of resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Assist senior recruiters in scheduling interviews, preparing candidate profiles, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Maintain and update our candidate database with accurate and timely information, ensuring data integrity.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Support the creation of engaging job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and labor market dynamics in Nigeria.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives as required.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to understand staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
