Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events including concerts, album launches, listening parties, and promotional activations.
- Provide administrative support to the Event Coordination team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Communicate and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Help with venue research, site visits, and logistical arrangements such as transport, accommodation, and equipment setup.
- Support on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations, attendee satisfaction, and adherence to event timelines.
- Assist with budgeting, tracking expenses, and preparing post-event reports and evaluations.
- Manage event-related databases, guest lists, and RSVP processes.
- Contribute creative ideas for event concepts, themes, and attendee engagement strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of Mavin Records' events.
Required Skills
