Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective B2B customers through various channels.
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Love's solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proactively manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to enhance customer satisfaction and refine offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities and progress.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales or sales consulting (minimum 3 years).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
