Key Responsibilities
- Complete all required company-provided security training modules and certifications.
- Learn and effectively implement site-specific security protocols and procedures.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, alarms, and access control systems.
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, checking for security breaches, hazards, and unauthorized activity.
- Maintain accurate and detailed daily logs, incident reports, and other documentation.
- Enforce company policies and regulations, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and disturbances.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a professional manner.
- Detain unauthorized individuals or those engaged in suspicious activities until law enforcement arrives, following established protocols.
- Report all security-related issues, incidents, and observations to management.
- Operate basic security equipment such as two-way radios, metal detectors, and access control devices.
Required Skills
- Ability to successfully complete all required security training and licensing.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic computer literacy for report writing and system monitoring.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
