Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring document accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and handle general inquiries with professionalism.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, manage equipment, and liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and processing various forms and documents.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication flow efficiently and effectively.
