Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in an intensive sales training program to develop a deep understanding of WP Engine products, sales processes, and the digital experience market.
  • Conduct prospecting activities, including researching potential clients and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Engage with prospective customers through various channels (phone, email, social media) to qualify leads and generate interest.
  • Collaborate with senior sales representatives and team leads to prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Accurately manage and update sales activities, client information, and pipeline data within our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to team goals and objectives.
  • Handle initial inquiries and provide exceptional service to potential and existing clients.
  • Continuously learn about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product features to effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance metrics.
