Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality guidelines.
- Perform routine tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, and packaging of raw materials and finished products.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet Darigold's stringent standards, reporting any deviations immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to sanitation and hygiene protocols (GMPs).
- Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to ensure continuous production flow.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout protocols, and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and uphold teamwork values.
- Lift, push, pull, and carry various materials and products, typically weighing up to 50 lbs, repeatedly throughout shifts.
- Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts, navigating a dynamic production floor environment.
- Be available to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends, and holidays) based on a flexible schedule agreement to support 24/7 operations.

- Experience operating a forklift or other material handling equipment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment operation and minor troubleshooting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
