Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, resource requirements, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and progress.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables, meeting technical standards and business requirements.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders regularly and transparently.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, motivating team members and resolving conflicts.
- Implement and refine project management best practices and methodologies within the organization.
- Facilitate change management processes related to project implementations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in an IT or software development environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
