Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables, meeting technical standards and business requirements.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders regularly and transparently.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, motivating team members and resolving conflicts.
  • Implement and refine project management best practices and methodologies within the organization.
  • Facilitate change management processes related to project implementations.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in an IT or software development environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
