Key Responsibilities
- Successfully complete and graduate from the comprehensive Edward Jones Financial Advisor training program.
- Proactively prospect and develop a new client base through networking, referrals, and active community involvement.
- Conduct thorough client discovery meetings to ascertain financial goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situations.
- Design, implement, and monitor personalized financial strategies for clients, including investment planning, retirement solutions, and insurance needs.
- Provide ongoing financial advice and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure client strategies remain aligned with their evolving objectives.
- Educate clients on market trends, investment products, and sound financial planning principles.
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and firm policies and procedures.
- Utilize firm resources and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver holistic client solutions.
