Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently direct vehicle traffic within the supermarket parking area, ensuring smooth flow and optimal use of space.
- Assist customers with parking inquiries, providing clear directions and support as needed.
- Maintain order and cleanliness within the parking lot, reporting any issues or hazards promptly.
- Monitor parking regulations and enforce company policies to ensure fairness and safety for all users.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with customers, staff, and visitors.
- Report suspicious activities, security breaches, or any emergencies to management.
- Provide assistance to customers, such as helping with trolleys or luggage, when appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with the security team to enhance overall premises safety and security.
- Be vigilant and observant, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Assist in managing the collection of shopping trolleys from the parking area.
