Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery on the assembly line with precision and care.
- Inspect seafood products for quality, ensuring they meet Trident Seafoods' strict standards and specifications.
- Perform various tasks related to sorting, grading, trimming, and packaging of fresh and frozen seafood.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation and hygiene protocols.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned by management.
