Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various tasks related to sorting, grading, trimming, and packaging of fresh and frozen seafood.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation and hygiene protocols.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with other production-related duties as assigned by management.
