Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Full-Time Brand Manager to join our innovative marketing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK, while remaining closely connected to our Sunderland-based hub for collaboration and company events. As a Brand Manager at Tombola, you will be instrumental in shaping the perception and strategy of one of our beloved online gaming brands. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience. Your role will involve driving brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty through various marketing channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, content, and analytics, to deliver compelling campaigns and initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and visual elements across all marketing channels and products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for brand growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Design, Content, PR, Analytics) to develop and launch new products, features, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing assets, including digital content, advertising copy, and promotional materials.
- Manage brand budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI on brand-building initiatives.
- Identify and manage agency relationships for creative development, media planning, and public relations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to maintain brand relevance and competitive advantage.
- Champion the brand internally, fostering a strong understanding and appreciation of brand values across the organization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, preferably within the online gaming, entertainment, or digital consumer sectors.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles, market research, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.
- Proficiency in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
