Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in office areas, showrooms, restrooms, and common spaces, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to disposal areas daily.
- Clean and sanitize restroom facilities regularly, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of all glass surfaces, windows, and doors.
- Care for interior and exterior plants, including watering, pruning, and fertilizing.
- Keep exterior grounds, pathways, and garden areas tidy, free of debris, and well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and Miele's internal policies.
