Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members and clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in both French and English via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist members with their daily banking needs, including account management, transactions, and product information.
  • Provide information and guidance on a wide range of Desjardins financial products and services, such as savings, loans, credit cards, and investments.
  • Actively listen to member concerns, identify their needs, and offer appropriate solutions or refer them to specialized advisors when necessary.
  • Educate members on digital tools and services to enhance their banking experience.
  • Process routine financial transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Desjardins products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Document all client interactions and follow-up activities in the appropriate systems.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
