Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, responding to inquiries and concerns.
- Accurately scan products, process payments (cash, credit, debit, digital), and issue receipts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and transaction integrity.
- Assist customers with bagging groceries and locating items within the store.
- Promote store loyalty programs and special offers to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain awareness of product prices, sales, and promotional activities.
Required Skills
