Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their packaged goods inquiries.
- Help customers locate specific products and provide information about features and benefits.
- Ensure packaged goods shelves are fully stocked, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Monitor product expiry dates and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, especially in the packaged goods section.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process customer transactions.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely and provide correct change.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management as needed.
- Actively promote current store promotions and special offers.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking new stock deliveries.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
