Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors in designated areas of the mall.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly, ensuring they are consistently stocked with necessary supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in appropriate and designated collection areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors throughout the mall to maintain a clear and polished appearance.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, fixtures, display units, and furniture within the mall premises.
- Report any observed maintenance issues, damages, or potential safety hazards to supervisors promptly and accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all established health and safety regulations and company cleaning procedures.
- Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper usage and storage.
- Ensure all cleaning materials and supplies are used effectively, economically, and stored properly after use.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or events as required by management or operational needs.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor while interacting with mall staff, tenants, and visitors.
