Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and complete information.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently to access customer information, product details, and order history.
- Educate customers on Amazon products, services, and policies.

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (call center experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in navigating computer systems and applications, including strong typing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.

- Previous experience in a remote customer service role.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
