Key Responsibilities
- Use your own vehicle to pick up packages from Amazon delivery stations in Albuquerque.
- Deliver packages to customers' homes and businesses following optimal routes provided by the Amazon Flex app.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all assigned packages.
- Interact with customers professionally and courteously when necessary.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Effectively use the Amazon Flex app to navigate, scan packages, and manage deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of your personal delivery vehicle.
- Lift and carry packages, which may vary in size and weight (up to 50 lbs).
Required Skills
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.
- Have a reliable 4-door sedan, larger vehicle (SUV, van, or truck with a covered bed) to deliver packages.
- Own an iPhone or Android smartphone with the Amazon Flex app installed.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with using GPS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in delivery or courier services is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with the Albuquerque, New-Mexico area and surrounding neighborhoods.
