Key Responsibilities
- Receive and stow incoming products efficiently and accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of precision.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or order pickers (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Scan and track inventory using handheld devices and computer systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and loading onto trucks.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic computer navigation skills for scanning and tracking.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
