Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and answer any questions about menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to guests, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and escalate to management when necessary.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
