Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program to develop a deep understanding of McGriff’s insurance products, services, and sales methodologies.
- Prospect for new clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Present tailored insurance proposals and articulate the value of McGriff’s offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service and consistent communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
