Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Draft, proofread, and format various communications including emails, letters, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendars for team members and management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, faxes, and general inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute them in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other financial documents as required.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office environment is well-stocked and tidy.
- Provide front-desk coverage and assist with visitor reception when needed, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, particularly concerning data privacy and financial protocols.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
