As a Fast Food Delivery Attendant, you will be the face of Chicken Republic, ensuring our delicious meals reach our customers promptly and with a smile. Your primary role will involve meticulously picking up and preparing delivery orders, ensuring accuracy, and safely transporting them to various locations within Epe and its environs. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick up and carefully pack food orders from the kitchen, ensuring all items are present and correct.
- Safely and efficiently transport food orders to customers' homes or offices using a company-provided motorcycle or other designated means of transport.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on delivery routes, prioritizing personal and public safety.
- Process cash or electronic payments from customers accurately and securely, providing correct change or receipts.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, maintaining a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with the restaurant team regarding order status, potential delivery issues, or valuable customer feedback.
- Assist with other operational duties within the restaurant during non-delivery times, as required, to support overall team efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the delivery vehicle/equipment, ensuring it is always in good working condition.
- Ensure timely delivery to meet promised service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Valid motorcycle rider's license (if applicable for the role).
- Excellent knowledge of Epe, Lagos roads and routes, ensuring efficient navigation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interaction.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and honesty in handling cash, orders, and company assets.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry food items as required for deliveries.
