Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently deliver and collect documents, parcels, and messages internally and externally.
  • Ensure timely and secure transfer of confidential materials to designated individuals or departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections, obtaining necessary signatures and confirmations.
  • Assist with basic office support tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Perform various errands as directed by supervisors, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, especially regarding security and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the bank positively.

  • Ability to read and write clearly in English.
