Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for assigned artists and releases.
  • Coordinate promotional activities across various channels, including radio, press, digital media, and retail.
  • Manage and organize marketing assets, ensuring timely distribution to internal teams and external partners.
  • Support social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement for artist campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, fan insights, and new opportunities.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Liaise effectively with artists, management, and internal departments (A&R, Publicity, Sales, Digital) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Coordinate logistics for artist appearances, photo shoots, video productions, and promotional events.
  • Manage marketing budgets, process invoices accurately, and track expenditures.
  • Prepare engaging presentations and detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the entertainment or music industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media trends, and online content strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
