Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more booking agents, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of itineraries, contracts, and other necessary documents for artists' tours and engagements.
  • Conduct research on venues, promoters, and market trends to support booking strategies.
  • Manage and organize client files, databases, and communication records with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Liaise with artists, managers, promoters, and internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, screening and prioritizing communication effectively.
  • Assist with expense reports, travel arrangements, and other operational tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactively anticipate agent needs and provide solutions before issues arise.
