Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources.
- Develop, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Translate complex data findings and analytical results into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain) to understand business needs and deliver relevant insights.
- Support the design and execution of A/B tests and other experimental analyses to measure the impact of initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analysis.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven innovation.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling principles.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Lake, AWS S3, Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience working with large-scale data warehouses and data lakes.
