Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behavior and needs.
  • Support the creation of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for various digital products and platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and development teams to translate user experience requirements into compelling user interfaces.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
  • Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  • Help conduct competitive analysis and research industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present design concepts to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Document design specifications and guidelines for development teams.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Ability to create basic wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
  • A foundational understanding of user-centered design processes.
  • Basic knowledge of accessibility standards in digital design.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design challenges.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A portfolio showcasing personal projects, academic work, or relevant design exercises.
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
