Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and variances.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess business performance, identify risks, and pinpoint areas for operational improvement.
  • Collaborate with various business units to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and provide financial insights.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the evaluation of investment opportunities and strategic initiatives, providing financial recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial functions).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA, CPA, or other relevant financial certifications.
