Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to customer orders and shipping requirements.
- Inspect products for quality and quantity, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, if required (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Handle inbound and outbound shipments with care and precision.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
