Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input a high volume of data from various source documents into our internal systems and databases.
- Verify existing data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies or errors identified.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive member and company information, adhering to all data protection guidelines (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical documents, ensuring proper categorization and easy retrieval.
- Perform regular data backups and data integrity checks to ensure information preservation and system reliability.
- Generate routine reports and retrieve specific data as requested by supervisors and other departmental stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with team members regarding data entry progress, potential issues, or any data inconsistencies encountered.
- Assist with data cleanup projects and ensure adherence to data quality standards.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role (minimum 6 months).
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM with high accuracy).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
