Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior Tour Coordinators with the planning and execution of incentive travel programs and corporate events.
  • Manage participant registrations, data entry, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activity bookings.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Prepare comprehensive travel documents, itineraries, and informational packets for participants.
  • Support the management of program budgets and expense tracking.
  • Research and recommend destination services, attractions, and unique experiences.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with on-site program support as needed, potentially involving travel.
  • Resolve issues and handle last-minute changes with composure and efficiency.

Required Skills
