Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, identify, and resolve potential copyright infringements and unauthorized use of Capitol Records' content.
- Oversee content identification systems (e.g., Content ID, Audible Magic) to ensure accurate tracking and monetization of music assets.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to address complex rights issues and enforce intellectual property rights.
- Process and manage metadata for digital releases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform requirements.
- Analyze performance data and generate comprehensive reports on digital rights revenue, usage, and infringement activity.
- Maintain strong relationships with digital partners and platform representatives to optimize rights management processes.
- Educate internal teams on best practices for digital rights and copyright compliance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and legal developments in digital rights management.
- Assist in the negotiation and administration of licensing agreements for digital content.
- Develop and implement proactive strategies to maximize digital revenue streams.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital rights management, content protection, or intellectual property within the music or entertainment industry.
