Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned artist projects, encompassing digital, social, and traditional media channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (A&R, Creative, Publicity, Sales) and external partners (artist management, PR agencies, digital marketers) to ensure cohesive and timely campaign execution.
  • Manage and maintain artist social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring across platforms.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing assets, including video concepts, graphic design briefs, and engaging copy, ensuring brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital innovations to identify new opportunities for artist promotion and fan engagement strategies.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance data using various analytics tools, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Support the marketing team in budget management, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and managing vendor relations.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive marketing calendars, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Attend industry events, concerts, and promotional activities as required to support artist initiatives and build industry relationships.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing operations and campaign execution, ensuring smooth day-to-day departmental functions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience within the music or entertainment industry.
