Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary medical care to a diverse patient population, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests to formulate accurate treatment plans.
- Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and imaging studies.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring continuity of care and appropriate follow-up.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including nurses, specialists, and support staff.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records (EMR) in a timely manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff or residents, as applicable.
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with advancements in medical practice.
Required Skills
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of an accredited residency program.
- Current, unrestricted medical license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Colorado.
- Board-certified or Board-eligible in a relevant specialty.
- Demonstrated eligibility for H1B visa sponsorship, if applicable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practice.

- Experience practicing in a similar integrated healthcare system or multi-specialty clinic.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or other relevant primary care specialties.
