Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet visitors warmly, direct them to relevant departments or individuals, and ensure a positive first impression.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and general office space.
- Handle basic data entry, filing, and document management (physical and digital).
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for senior staff.
- Procure and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and presentations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer literacy (ability to use email, word processing software).
