Job Description

Emergn is seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to join our growing remote team in Latvia. In this crucial “Work from Home” role, you will be at the forefront of our sales process, identifying and engaging potential clients who can benefit from Emergn’s transformative digital solutions. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and expertly scheduling initial meetings and demonstrations for our senior sales representatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to pre-qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria, assessing their needs, pain points, and potential fit for Emergn's services.
  • Skillfully navigate gatekeepers and decision-makers to secure high-quality appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, lead statuses, and scheduled appointments within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies, refine messaging, and ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Continuously learn about Emergn's comprehensive offerings, industry trends, and the evolving market landscape to effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments set.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a sales, telemarketing, or customer service role, ideally with an outbound focus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and persuasive tone.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to effectively handle objections.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently and effectively in a remote setting.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Appointment Setter or Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the IT services, software, or B2B sector.
  • Fluency in an additional language relevant to the Latvian market (e.g., Latvian, Russian).
  • Familiarity with digital transformation concepts, agile methodologies, or consulting services.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
