Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment under supervision, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Assist in the precise loading and unloading of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products.
- Perform basic quality checks on products during various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, strictly adhering to 5S principles and hygiene protocols.
- Strictly follow all company safety procedures, guidelines, and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment.
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or potential safety hazards to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and operational goals.
- Accurately package and label finished goods according to specific product requirements and company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and material handling as required to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Actively participate in all mandatory training sessions and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Ability to comprehend and precisely follow verbal and written instructions.
