Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and store requirements, using RF scanners or other inventory management systems.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet Woolworths standards before packing.
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – training provided if needed, or if licensed) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to all WHS policies and procedures.
- Assist with stocktake and inventory management as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and operational goals.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and interpret order sheets and work instructions accurately.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment.
- Experience operating RF scanners or similar inventory management technology.
- Current forklift license (LF or LO) is a plus, but not essential as training can be provided.
- Knowledge of WHS procedures in a warehouse setting.
