Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Ooredoo customers, building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs, ensuring maximum value realization from Ooredoo products and services.
- Onboard new customers effectively, guiding them through initial setup and usage to ensure a smooth transition.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding product features, service updates, and billing inquiries.
- Gather customer feedback and insights, communicating trends and suggestions to product and service development teams.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve engagement and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional Ooredoo services based on customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, technical support, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer success skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a significant plus).
